The Hotel
The Place, a stylish boutique Hotel, is owned and run by swiss management. Just a short stroll to the main beach Playa Carmen and in close proximity to the center of town with easy access to shops, restaurants, doctor and banks.
While staying with us, you can enjoy our pool with waterfall, mingle with other guests at the pool bar and relax on our comfortable pool beds.
In the morning we serve a delicious breakfast in our Restaurant. You can chose a la carte. The breakfast menu includes fresh tropical fruits, Tico style, Amercian breakfast, healthy variations and much more… coffee and tea are complementary. Ask our knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and multilingual staff for any help or suggestions.
Standard rooms:
Our three Standard rooms in the main building feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and a room safe.
Standard rooms are equipped with a queen size bed or two single beds.
Bungalow:
Our spacious uniquely decorated bungalows are all set in a beautiful tropical garden, just steps away from our swimming pool with waterfall.
Every bungalow features air conditioning with energy saving card, ventilators, room safe, mini fridge, Wi-Fi access and are equipped with a
queen size bed, and 1 - 2 twin beds.
Villa:
The villa is a two bedroom, two bath unit that can sleep up to 5 people.
The bed arrangement is two queen size beds and one single bed.
The living room area has a fully equipped kitchen and outside, the covered outside patios offer additional space for dining and relaxing all within garden view.
The villa additionally features air conditioning, room safe and Wi-Fi access.

Our pool bar offers our guests a relaxing environment where they can comfortably mingle and enjoy drinks under the open sky. While staying with us, our clients have the option to partake in various activities including surfing under the guidance of a professional surf instructor, hiking through Cabo Blanco Park, flying through the trees on a canopy tour, cruising the beach on the back of a horse, snorkelling the reef, fishing with the local fishermen and much, much more.

IMPORTANT
As beautiful and untouched Costa Rica is, be aware of thieves when you go to the beach. Do not leave anything in your car or your possessions unattended. Keep your passport, credit cards etc in your safe. During the day; always deposit your keys at the reception. At night take them with you.
In parties and bar be careful with your drinks don't let them unattended. Please also do know that the use of drugs is completely illegal in Costa Rica.
We do also ask you to not invite people into your room. The hotel declines all liability.
